Sometimes She Cries…
Or so said Warrant. Just thinking of how the last year has flown by since I went full time heads down into this crazy world of online startups. First with Lending Club last year, and than later joining the early incarnation of team Lookery (Dave & Scott).
So where did that title come from? Obviously from the song by the same late 80’s hair metal band - Warrant. The reason I quoted that title in the above title is - Sometimes I’m Glad - that I no longer have to do things like “In bed videos“. I usually like Mashable for their first to the scene reporting, but this one sort of caught me in a weird way this afternoon. All I could think of was “Sometimes She Cries” - in this case Pete should have been the one crying.
Well there was one “in bed” video that made it into the can, but I never finished the edit on it. Probably a good thing, as Mae is heading out to the land of fun and sun on Tuesday (which also happens to be my birthday). I wish her well as she basks in the rays of Southern California. May she find all her dreams come true.
It’s the long weekend, the start of the summer. Memorial Day weekend. Things online are slowing down to a crawl now. Hopefully it’s nice wherever you may be, and Technically Speaking - have a great weekend!
