A patent issued to Apple Inc. this week may breath new life into the firm’s once touted “Home on iPod” feature, which prior to being tabled several years ago promised Mac OS X users the ability to tote their home directories and account information around on their iPods.

When Google wins, the internet runs smooth. I don’t know about all that, but they did win their patent lawsuit earlier yesterday. I almost slipped there, and said “today”.

One of the main reasons that I didn’t want to discuss the Cisco vs iPhone debacle too much, was truthfully, I won’t be buying one as I am not on the Cingular network.

That being said, Steve, keep your jeans on for now. I just found this, and there may be legitimate defenses for Apple, Inc. at this time. This is a very in depth article, and even though there is no clear cut win for Apple, Inc. at this time.

Technically Speaking, I have put in word about this to my source for my last post. I may have a further update later on today. For now, keep your jeans on Steve!
