Technically Speaking

FileRadar, is a company that will be using Digg like algorithms to help gamers make wise choices. Now I don’t exactly call it Digg thinking, because Digg doesn’t think. I like this idea as when you are downloading games via bit torrent or demos, you want to be sure you are spending your time wisely. FileRadar Digg like algorithms (a far cry from thinking!) help you do this.

More Propeller News - It appears that CN and I agree, and I haven’t even really looked at Propeller. That is quite a shame, that even the smart bloggers see the truth unfolding behind the curtain. Propeller, AOL’s new social news site relaunched today. Well I guess that last statement was really just another lie, as they aren’t new at all. Read the tag line “re-invents, re-loads, and checks out of the deadpool… ” They are not new, and I feel that without a whole bunch of new, sites like Digg have already passed them up. Yet Digg is still lacking.

What is it today, the year of 2006 rerun and rejected ideas day? I know it was Talk Like a Pirate Day from Marshall’s earlier article this morning, which I really enjoyed, didn’t know it was International Talk Like a Pirate Day! Arrrrrrr! Seriously, though this seems like some zombie crawling out of the deadpool to harass the masses of online users with a big media blitz campaign.

Do we really need a zombie blitzing us with a dead-zone-pool network that didn’t work the first time? I mean seriously, just earlier this week Yahoo launched their version of social fun. Neither one is even close. They are all imitated clones of what sort of works, but not quite.

I feel that someone is really close, and not you MySpace to getting it right - dead on serious. I left a comment to that effect on the above post that was a nice write up on Propeller. I am finding a lot of fault with everything that I’m reading this evening. I bet you can’t tell that. Condo Hotels

Technically Speaking, the writing is fantastic out there tonight. Lot’s of thesis worthy blog posts going down, but yet, something is missing. Do you feel what I’m saying?
