Technically Speaking

So you have some voter apathy and think your vote doesn’t count. Here is a view into the future, November 7th, 2008 to be exact. I know the instant classic Marshall Kirkpatrick is loving this.

Technically Speaking, if you don’t vote, YOU might make it to a real video - maybe!

It appears the that France now has caught up to the USA in election fraud. One point that was brought out was that it could be candidates crying sour grapes. Is it that, or are these machines all one big fraud?

I still will not understand, after the election in 2004 and 2000 here in our country, how these machines are allowed to even operate legally. I for one still think that voting online would be the best method. I know the detractors will state, “You can game that so easily!”

Well it’s quite obvious that offline in the official polling venue is not doing any better. Why not take it all online? The last time I went to vote, I did it on a machine and the waiting in the line took longer then the actual voting. Serious waste of my time. That is why I will push for the voting online over any machine where I have to stand in a line, make small talk with other voters, etc.

Technically Speaking, this needs to be fixed before next year’s big 2008 primaries and general election.
